Constants, Variables, Templates, Oh my!
I have an interesting question for everyone who is using Slash 2.2.X or the latest CVS version:
I've been trying to do some rather nifty template modifications that use some of the variables that slash creates. I have the book, and I've read and reread the faq, but I can't find a table of all the variables anywhere. The book has a useful table of all the "constants," (those variables that you have access to in the "vars" form) but even those "constants" are changed on some pages. Additionally, there are other variable construts such as env.* and form.* that differ from constants.* and are not documented.
I think it would be useful for us to compile a table that shows all the variables available to you to display for each template and/or page. If anyone has this sort of knowledge about the variables, even if you just know a couple of them, please share with the rest of us.

form.x contains as variables x the fields of the processed html-formular with the entered values as values (scan the templates).
env.x contains the variables x that apache sets while processing e.g. a CGI (search google for this one)

funny, there's a brightness dial on the monitor, but the users don't get any smarter
